Job Title : Program Champion – Dream Sports Program
Position reporting to : Manager – Programs
Note: The person should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Job Responsibility: The job role would include, among others, the following responsibilities:
- Accountability for the successful implementation of the Dream Sports Program (Football, Rugby & Adventure)
- Assisting the volunteer management team in recruiting and retaining volunteers from various walks of life (corporate, students, retired professionals, etc.) for the Dream Sports programs
- Ensuring impact assessment and life skills assessment are done effectively for the Dream Sports Programs.
- Contribution to building life skills based curriculum for the Dream Sports Program
- Designing, organizing and conducting training and orientation programs for coaches and service partners on life skills and the Dream Sports Programs
-Communication, reporting and documentation relating to the Dream Sports Program
- Participation and contribution in team and organizational even like marathons, plays, workshops, etc.
- Study and incorporate best practices on program design, execution, sports based –life skills, etc. from other organizations
- Manage the team of program coordinators for the Dream Sports program who would report to you
Education:BA in any discipline.
Essential : Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Sports Medicine, Sports Psychology, Child development and other associated disciplines
Experience : 2 to 5 years experience, Experience in managing projects / programs. Preferably in the social/development sector, but not mandatory.
